She selflessly serves as an invaluable mentor, dedicating countless hours to planning, collaboration, coordination, and the thoughtful restructuring of teaching practices across her entire team. Her impact multiplies the effectiveness of every educator she works with, ensuring collective efficacy and coherence across the grade. She is always so positive but realistic and helpful, taking the burden of learning upon herself and relaying it to her team in a more easy-to-digest manner.
