Mrs. Ashley Franatovich K - 2nd Instructional Optimization Lead afranatovich@prc.k12.ms.us
Mrs. Franatovich serves as the primary academic framework coach and modeling resource for our kindergarten through 2nd-grade Reading/ELA and Mathematics frameworks. She collaborates directly with the building principal to analyze K-2 data trends and execute campus-wide instructional practices, while leading grade-level Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and overseeing English Learner (EL) coordination.

Dr. Holston manages a comprehensive portfolio that drives the school's operational logistics, data reporting systems, and specialized instructional programs. In direct collaboration with the building principal, she oversees school-wide master scheduling, standardized testing coordination, student data compliance, and grade book verifications, while serving as the instructional lead for Quest (Gifted), Activity, Social Studies, and Self-Contained Special Education faculty.
Mrs. Leighanne Rouse 3rd - 5th Instructional Optimization Lead lrouse@prc.k12.ms.us
Mrs. Rouse provides dedicated instructional leadership and framework coaching for our intermediate educators across grades 3 through 5 in Reading/ELA and Mathematics. Working in direct collaboration with the building principal, she models high-quality classroom practices, establishes productive PLC collaborative norms, and spearheads school-wide data tracking, analysis, and digital resource coordination.
